一不小心作了一票信用证，紧张的长期的周旋谈成：40%TT Advance, The balance by L/C, Invoice under. CNF；这时和客户的第一单。壹芭外贸[ie.18DC.com]
由于是第一次作信用证，没有任何经验，也没有专业的知识（我法学专业，去年毕业，此前做外贸3个月），在和货代的交流中缺乏经验。导致：１、L/C 要求船不能停靠印度港口；２、基本要求“Clean on board”. 货漂在海上的时候货代说船公司不能出证明，提单下来，上面居然没有“ON BOARD”章。晕厥！作信用证的朋友知道后果的严重性。货代把我爽了。壹芭外贸[ie.18DC.com]
我的基本思路：Ａ．30%TT Invoice under情况下客户会积极配合，让他出接受函接受两个不符点壹芭外贸[ie.18DC.com]
Ｂ．让银行帮我敲on board．银行朋友答应帮忙，不过这个不是首选，争取客户接受才是关键。壹芭外贸[ie.18DC.com]

Mr ***** Lakhani, now we have got the B/L and I want to release it to bank soonly. But one problem troubled me is that the L/C required like this : "full set of original clean "shipped on board" marine bills of loading."
We got the B\L of loading and find that they have only "shipped on board date"
We can amend it with the shipping compay but will cost at lest another 4 days or even more.
We know that this is a discrepancy and we would like to pay for that. And this will not affect your interest..
So could you pls do me a favor and write me back to accept the discrepancy so that I can release the document soonly.
Hereby I atteched the copy of the B/L from which you can see this is a wright one from a big shipping company. The ship is from Guangzhou to Hongkong to exchange big ship.

Dear Andy,
We have been informed that you have asked for deletion of Field 46A Clause # 2 which states “FULL SET OF ORIGINAL CLEAN ‘SHIPMENT ON BOARD’ MARINE BILLS OF LADING MADE OUT OR ENDORSED TO ORDER OF BANK ALFALAH LIMITED, CENTRALIZED IMPORTS, 11TH FLOOR, BUSINESS PLAZA, MUMTAZ HASSAN ROAD, KARACHI. PAKISTAN. MARKED FREIGHT PREPAID AND MARKED NOTIFY APPLICANT AND OURSELVES”.
Please note that above is a mandatory requirement by our bank and can not be amended or deleted by us. In any case if it is not a original clean shipped on board marine bill of lading made out or endorsed to our banker without freight prepaid we can not take delivery of shipment in Karachi.
For your information the vessel is arriving today and without original bill of lading we can not clear the consignment.
Therefore have the original bill of lading amended to confirm to L/C requirement including freight prepaid and courier to our bankers to enable us to clear the consignment.
Please note that demurrage on the consignment will start in five days which will be on your account as the delay is totally for your side.
